Coming this afternoon!

Thank you thank you thank you to Julie, another awesome volunteer with Fluffy Dog Rescue. She went to Gurnee yesterday afternoon to pick up our new boy, Scooby. She said he was pretty dirty and very thin but we can work on those.

She said that "the papers that came with him said he was a stray. Nice dog. Puppylike. Pounces on toys, cute! Needs leash work but did not bark or growl at passing dogs, kids, cars or people."

After she gave him a bath last night, she snapped a few photos for us. Ready to see who's coming for dinner??

PS - Just read Scooby's Petfinder Bio....He's 47# and 22" at the shoulder. Pretty good sized boy!
