A Week In

On Sunday, Mondavi-Mandy's puppies went to live at Aunti Pat's house. We all enjoyed having those little boys here but Aunti Pat said she wanted them more - Okay! Wish Granted! Wink Wink

Mondavi-Mandy has settled in nicely. She is very well behaved in the house, is housetrained and just an all around good dog. I think she may be a little older gal, so if you're looking for someone who is a little more settled but still has good energy, this is your girl.

She is still a little shy and spooky but I'm sure that too will pass in time. She likes to chase the kitties and spends a lot of time talking to them so I dont think that when the time comes she should go to a home with kitties but you never know. 

We've been going to the dog park everyday. On Monday, when it was -5*, I put a sweater on her and lifted her into the car. On Tuesday, it was -2* and I still had to convince her to get in the car and lift her. Wednesday, she acted like she wanted to get in but still wouldnt but today, TODAY, SHE GOT IN THE CAR BY HERSELF!!!

It usually takes 3 - 4 days for the new arrivals to want to get back in the car. Mandy has been no different. 

It usually takes a while to get a good picture, too. Right now all i have is some dorky looking pictures. I'll keep trying but until then know that she is just about perfect. 

She will be spayed on the 29th of January but after that, she's ready for you, furever family!
