Albert? .... Tiger!

i know i've been a baaaaaad foster mom. Life just got really chaotic here at The Lodge. But here is a quick update for you.

Bronte-Reno-Wrigley is going home very soon. YaY!! The poor little naked guy from Alabama has grown a lot of hair back and he is such a wonderful little pup.

On Sunday, the next Lodger arrived from Alabama. He is covered in scabs and welts from flea and tick bites. Scott found a tick on him last night. Blech.

He is a good eater. It only took three "whole" days to understand that going in the car is not necessarily a bad thing. We've been to the dog park every day and every day is easier and easier with this great dog.

He has a tan coat with some black "brindling" in his fur. Think striped Boxer mixed with a wirehaired terrier. He's about 45# or so and just an all around great dog.

Get a good look folks he wont be here long!

Here are some rather blurry pix I took at the Dog Park this morning. Blurry because it was 16 degrees outside and nobody wanted to stand still. Or, they were having too much fun!

So here you are, a few last pictures of Bronte-Reno before he goes home and some new pictures, albeit quite blurry of Mr. Albert-Tiger. Brady Bunch fans will know who I named him after!

Thank you for reading! Thank you for thinking rescue!

Hi Meredith - Yup - he is available. He is an awesome dog and is quite wonderful! He's only been here at my house for a week and I've not noticed an accident or anything. He is great with my kids, dogs and cats (its a bit of zoo around here). check out www.fluffydog.net and click on the Fluffy Dog REscue tab to find the application and instructions! Thanks Meredith!
