Introducing Axel!

Axel arrived on Friday the 13th - yes, it was his lucky day.  He is about 30 - 35# but skinny.  He's very sweet and pretty mellow.  But maybe he's just mellow cuz his feet hurt - we'll have to wait and see.  He is part black lab and part whatever the wind blew over.  Not super big - perfect size!

He's got some crazy looking wounds on his hocks but we've cleaned them up and treating them.  He's kinda into chasing the cats but that will change. 

He probably won't be going on any long walks with the other doggies just yet but we'll get there.
