The First Snowfall...

Welcome to today's edition of Alabama Jack. Today we find our intrepid traveler in the land of the frozen tundra just after the first accumulated snowfall. Does he like the cold white rain?? Are his little Southern Paws frozen solid to the ground?

Well...he is unfazed by the snow. As opposed to goofy Te'a who refused to cooperate on the leash this morning because she wanted to go dashing around in it. So much so that we cut our usual 50 minute walk down to twenty. We came home and turned them loose on the driveway.

Here we see Jack trying to extract something from Te'a's cheek. I believe it might just be his teeth.
"Nom, nom...fresh beagle-dor head, my favorite...nom nom."

As the wrestling got crazier, Te'a got sassier and sassier, she therefore required a good-old fashioned "face wash" as seen in this next photo:

Aaah, mission accomplished!! She is then "helped" to her feet by her, um...friends...

Not one to take a face wash lying down, Te'a directs her bionic eye at Jack and causes him to lose all focus as exhibited by the empty thought bubble above his head. (Double Click on the Image to get the best view!)

Ok - It's a random snowflake, but it could be a thought bubble.

Maybe.

Nothing wraps up a play session like a good shake - mmmmmmmmmmmmm, yeah!

So Alabama Jack has taken to our Wisconsin Winter like a true Cheesehead. We just need to find him some blaze orange and he'll be good to go. Ya Hey Dere!

"Just Jack" about to eat the photographer as Mocha, right, and Te'a, glowing eyes near tip of Jack's tail, look on!!

Too funny! I do check in to see if Alabama Jack has stuck around in the winter weather rather than hitching it back down south!
