I sure hope so. Friends, I'm not joking when I say that this dog is just about perfect. If he has one fault, if you can even call it a fault, is that he is young. He has puppy energy. If you are thinking that you would like a dog but the border collie lab mix scares you because both are super hi-energy dogs, please be scared no longer. I think when these two mixed, it kind of cancelled each other out. He needs two walks a day - what dog doesn't, chewy toys and some good ol' fashioned race and chase with you, the kids or your other dog who needs a buddy.
We have a whole basket of chewy things. He likes the chewy rope, the chewy ball - it's about a six inch knot of chewy rope material, the Nylabone Galileo - click on Galileo to see info. (thanks Kristin), also baked beef bones - He's pretty good about not chewing on shoes but you really have to watch him with tissues - he LOVES tissues. Those he will eat. Right out of the garbage in the bathroom. YUM.
Yup - typical puppy stuff but for you furever family, all the hard work has been done. He's housetrained and comes when you call him. He's got most of his adult teeth but still waiting, I think, on a couple molary type teeth.
I guess looking over the past few blogs I've really been kind of pushy about finding this guy a home. Well, yeah! He has been in transitional homes for the past six months and it's time for him to be settled. He's such a great dog and deserves a home of his own. It's time for him to start making memories with his family.
