Aaaah, Springtime in Wisconsin. It can be 80 and sunny on Friday and 45 and rainy on Saturday. Actually, if you really want to get picky about it Saturday when I got up it was B-E-A-utiful and it quickly progressed to yuck. It got cold and then it started to rain. Just a mild sprinkle at first and then...CRASH...BOOM AND FLASH! I gotta tell you Fluffy Fans, our pal Chancey Shandy is NOT a big fan of the Southeastern Wisconsin Spring Thunderstorm. All day Saturday he was mopey and weird. Early Saturday night he was just about beside himself because of the thunder. Saturday night around bedtime he spent several long quality minutes curled up next to Scott's head. He did get a little grumpy with the cat but alls well today. Except when it thunders.
So to get everybody out of the house, Scott pulled the cars out of the garage and he and Connor had RC car racing in the garage.

After the batteries died in the RC cars, the pups found some toys that hadn't made it to the house yet. I was waiting 'til the ones in the house were so completely destuffed they werent' even recognizable. So Chance, Te'a and Mocha had some fun with the babies.... (Pay no attention to the devil child sitting on the paint cans.)

The car is too funny! Did Te'a ever get it? Surprised the other two didn't try and eat it too.
The Pizza/Sock/Headband Eater/Stealer didn't particularly care for the thunder either but she didn't know whether to be scared or not so she just curled up on the bed (don't tell Mark), stayed close and went to sleep.
