Lucky Lucky Lucky Lucky --- What about Lincoln??

Ok, so by now you've read everything there is to read about Lucky Jim. He's a great guy, needs meds, all that good stuff. He has a couple of quirks that I thought we had worked out but every now and again, ol' spinner gets back into gear. A little exercise, a little more and he's back on track.

Now, Mr. Lincoln-Winky has some adorable little traits as well.

I think I've already mentioned that being a shorthaired dog in the Wisconsin winter, he gets a little chilled. So on those really really cold days we didnt go to the dog park. But on the moderately cold cold days, I put one of Connor's old onsies on him and put his little jacket on over the top.  Ok, that works for the day time but at night the little guy gets cold too. So, he crawls under the covers with me. (A dangerous hobby on taco night)

He also loves to watch dog movies on TV. Tonight we watched Beverly Hills Chihuahua II and I think he watched the entire movie. First on Kiera's lap, then from the back of the chair and the last 45 minutes on my lap with the cat laying right next to him. When there was danger on the screen, Lincoln Wink would whine and growl. He really liked those little chi pups.

The other night we watched an animated movie called "Alpha and Omega" and he enjoyed that too. It is a movie about two wolves in a Canadian preserve.

So there ya go. Looking for a buddy to cuddy with? Looking for a pal to watch your favorite dog movies with? Lincoln Wink is your man.

Come and meet him, Lucky and a couple of other Fluffy Dogs in Oconomowoc at The Doggy Bag on Saturday. We'll be there from 12noon to 200pm.  Eric and Lori make the best Carob Chip Cookies.  I really, the dogs really like them.

Hope to see you on Saturday!

Thank You for Thinking Rescue! Thank You for Reading!

Will Lincoln be at another adoption event anytime soon? Would like to meet him and see if he gets along with our 1 year old beagle mix, Dozer. They look like they could be brothers!

Hi - Not sure where you live but we will be at Central Bark in Oak Creek on Saturday March 9 at 10a. If you live nearby, or feel like a drive, come on over! It would be great for him to go to a home with another dog. He loves his pack here!!

Sounds like fun! We live in Brookfield, so it's not TOO far away. Will plan to stop over that day and see if the boys want to be playmates :)

Sounds Good! it can be pretty chaotic at these events. Please dont be disappointed if they dont interact too much.

I will be wearing a maroon Fluffy Dog Rescue Hoodie with all of my fosters names on the back.

See you then.

If for some reason that the event is cancelled, I will put a post on the fluffy Dog Wellness and Rescue Facebook Page.
