Finally, Some Pictures!

Well, I've got some pictures here of the boys.  A couple from Winsor Finn's first day and some more current.  He is setttling into the house well and is doing all the things a good doggie does.  He's started to eat much better - probably because his mouth feels better.  He's still a bit edgy about his hips but I'm sure that will heal and all will be well.

I've been taking him on short short short slow slow slow walks around the yard and just this morning down the street.  This is helping get things moving... if you follow what I'm saying.  He's not enjoying walking like an arthritic on a stormy day but at least he gets to be outside and smellin' the smells.  I'm looking forward to the day when I can take him to the dog park with the rest of the pack - Everybody keeps asking about him.

He's also discovered toys!!  Wonderful News!!  I bought one of those bag-like toys that you can stuff a water bottle into and it crunches and makes all sorts of noise without destroying their gums.  He's been chewing on a lot of toys and bones but nothing inappropriate.  He's such a wonderful boy and very at home in the house.  He's good with stairs and he's very comfortable on the couch.

Carlos?  Well, Carlos is still the sweetest and cutest!  He loves his time at the dog park and then a nice long nap is wonderful!  He has been rehabilitated by our human friends who come to the dog park and love on him to show him how great men are.  He is in desparate need of a haircut as his hair is in his eyes a lot.  I may take him in and have his face cleaned up or maybe I'll let his furever family take care of that... Whenever they are ready.
