Water - I'm In It, Baby!

Fluffy Fans hello! It's me, Chase. Mom got a new wire in her braces yesterday and did not sleep well last night so she's takin' a little nap right now. I just wanted to tell you that we just got back from Ashippun Lake and gosh, is it hot outside - I bet it's 95 degrees in the shade!

After racin' and "Chasin'" the big doggies went diving into the water. Me? Not so much. But then Mom started to think about and Dad said that since they found me by a river in West Virginia maybe somebody tried to drown me, whatever that is.

All I know is that I DO NOT LIKE WATER. Or at least I didn't 'til today. Mom wore flip-flops and literally dragged me into the water. I wasn't super keen on it but...I stayed with her in the water - allright, she was kind of holding me gently in the water. She scooped the cool water up with her hand and poured it all over me and you know, water isn't that bad.

So, for the rest of our time at the ol' boat landing, I was in and out of the water. Mom and Dad were so Happy!! Mom, of course, had her camera along and was snapping pictures here there and everywhere. As always, double click to see enlarged pic!

So there you have it FluffyFans! Furever Family if you are out there reading this, and I know you are... Mom and Dad are getting me accustomed to the water and they might have me swimmin' before too long.
